Order Cancellation
Before Shipping/Delivery:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

For custom-made or special-order items, cancellations must be made within 48 hours (subject to production status).

After Shipping/Delivery:

Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may opt for a return upon delivery (see Refunds & Returns below).

Refunds & Returns
Eligibility:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Custom-made, clearance, or final-sale items are non-refundable unless defective/damaged.

Damaged/Defective Items:

Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Process:

Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

A restocking fee (10–20%) may apply for non-defective returns.

Customer covers return shipping unless the error is ours.

Refund Timeline:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions
Furniture assembled, used, or modified cannot be returned.

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our error.
