Shipping Policy:

  • Customers are required to verify product dimensions before placing an order to ensure suitability for their intended  space.
  • Minor differences in size, angle, or lighting may exist between the website sample and the actual product.
  • The standard delivery timeframe is between 2 to 3 weeks from the order date.
  • We provide worldwide shipping; however, customers must contact us in advance to address customs clearance regulations.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Kraftshilp Furniture will not be held liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address or contact details.
  • A confirmation email, including tracking ID and delivery partner details, will be sent within 6–8 hours post-order.
  • In the event of receiving a defective or damaged product, the customer must immediately notify the delivery agent and send photo evidence to [email protected].
  • Professional installation support will be arranged if the product requires assembly.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the furniture fits through doorways, stairwells, and into the intended space.
  • Kraftshilp will not be liable for failed deliveries due to size-related issues.
  • Refusals or failed delivery attempts due to such issues will result in additional delivery charges.
  • Please provide accurate delivery information.
  • Kraftshilp Furniture shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, political unrest, travel restrictions, or pandemics. Deliveries are typically made on business days unless otherwise arranged in advance. 
  • Our logistics partner may call to confirm a delivery window, but this is not guaranteed as it is beyond our control.
  • Delivery is limited to the ground floor or building entrance.
  • For multi-story buildings, customers must arrange their own labor to move large items to upper floors.
  • Logistics staff are not responsible for carrying products beyond the first floor.
  • Notify us in advance if you will be unavailable during the delivery window.

 

Product Pricing:

  • Items provided on our website are inclusive taxes.
  • The shipping fee for products might vary based on the size, weight, and distance.
  • The delivery fee, costs of basic materials are dynamic and could vary according to state laws.
  • Oversized or delicate products cost more to ship and handle that require additional delivery support with a surcharge.
  • We only accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI payments, wallet payments, and net banking. Cash on delivery is not applicable.
