Return and Replacement Policy:
- Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns and cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.
- Our team will review and assess the claim within 5 business days
- If approved, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion
- Shipping costs for warranty-related returns or repairs may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the case.
- However, returns may be accepted in case of:
- Proven manufacturing defects
- Damaged products received (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
- Returns must be authorized by Kraftshilp before shipping back.
Warranty:
At Kraftshilp, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted furniture. Each piece is built with care using premium materials and traditional techniques.
1. We offer a 12-month limited warranty on all wooden and iron furniture, covering:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
- Structural issues such as loose joints or unstable frames under normal use
- This warranty applies from the date of delivery.
2. What Is Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
- Exposure to extreme weather, moisture, or direct sunlight
- Variations in wood grain, color, or texture (natural characteristics)
- Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized persons
Applicable Low And Jurisdiction:
- All disputes shall be governed under the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
- Kraft Shilp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or website.
- We are not responsible for delays or damages caused during shipping by third-party logistics providers.
- All images, designs, logos, and content on this website are the property of Kraft Shilp. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
