Return and Replacement Policy:

  1. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns and cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.
  2. Our team will review and assess the claim within 5 business days
  3. If approved, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion
  4. Shipping costs for warranty-related returns or repairs may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the case.
  5. However, returns may be accepted in case of:
  •  Proven manufacturing defects
  •  Damaged products received (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
  •  Returns must be authorized by Kraftshilp before shipping back.

 

Warranty:

At Kraftshilp, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted furniture. Each piece is built with care using premium materials and traditional techniques.

   1. We offer a 12-month limited warranty on all wooden and iron furniture, covering:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
  • Structural issues such as loose joints or unstable frames under normal use
  • This warranty applies from the date of delivery.

  2. What Is Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
  • Exposure to extreme weather, moisture, or direct sunlight
  • Variations in wood grain, color, or texture (natural characteristics)
  • Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized persons

 

 

Applicable Low And Jurisdiction:

  1. All disputes shall be governed under the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
  2. Kraft Shilp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or website.
  3. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused during shipping by third-party logistics providers.
  4. All images, designs, logos, and content on this website are the property of Kraft Shilp. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
